FONDANT
Fondant is something special. We consider it purely a decoration. An edible decoration, that is. While it's not always necessary, it IS always beautiful. Whether we emboss it with a unique pattern, manipulate it like fabric, create graphic cutouts, color it lime green or paint it gold, it's endlessly versatile. When the design calls for it, we say GO FOR IT!
